Barney (Toledo, Ohio), born in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2024 at the age of 76. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Barney and Bertha Mae Barney (Eckman); his wife Rose Barney (Hayak); his children, Constance Coughlin (Steve) and Timothy Barney (Kristie); his siblings, Linda Folk and Ralph Barney; his grandchildren, Jessica, Raymond, Brittney, Cody and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Hayden, Jakobe, Amelia, Zayn and Bayker; his niece Sarah Hollingsworth (Zac); and his close friend Bruce Cole.
