He is survived by: his children, Josie Mingua (Scottie Harris), DeAnna Saleh (Sotero Thompson), Joe Elliott, Joeline Vasquez (Mario) and Lawrence Elliott (Sue Sue); his brother Frank Taylor Jr.; and his great grandchild Denise Lay. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 4 God Children.
