He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shroyer and Irene Shroyer (Liebke); his wife Patsy Howell; his daughter Joyce Shroyer; and his siblings, Darrel "Pete" Liebke, Cary "Skip" Shroyer (Donna), James W. Shroyer II, Phyllis Wroblewski and Shirley Fruchey (Douglas).
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Miller (Adam); his grandchildren, Sydney, Aaron Miller, Clayton, Trayston and Jadelynn Elizabeth Rose White; his brothers, Tim Shroyer (Madeline) and Rodney Shroyer (Peggy); and his brother-in-law Ken Wroblewski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
