He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Clark and Larry Crapsey; his sister Peggy Clark; and his grandmother Luella Jacoby. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Campbell (Mike) and Dennis Jacoby (Maureen); his aunts, Joyce Carter (Jerry) and Judy Dorner (Richard); and his friend Mary White (Kenny). He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
