He is survived by: his wife Diann Meadows; and his children, Jeffery Meadows (Leigh), Timothy Meadows (Sandra), Sandra Meadows (Tim), Dana Stricker (Cliff) and William Evans. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
