He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvah Ingersoll and Ellen Ingersoll; his brothers, Ronald Beam, Wayne Newbury and Dennis Lytle; his nephew Bob Kulwicki; and his niece Nicky Newbury Shaffer.

He is survived by: his wife Joan (Coss); his children, Kerry Meggitt (Darren) and Ken Newbury; his grandson Joe; his siblings, Helen Leal (Joe), Terry Murphy (Kathy) and Jerome Newbury (Linda); and his sister-in-law Judy Meinert.

Memorial contributions can be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
