He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Edith Williams (Stone). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Keith Williams, II (Ashley), Kolby Williams (Alyssandra) and Katy Hatcher (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Keith, Bennett, Sutton, Aria, Evie and Lincoln; and his sister Lisa Williams.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home (1640 Smith Rd, Temperance, MI 48182). The lying in state was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northwest Baptist Church (3906 W Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
