She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Peregoy and Dorothy Peregoy (Seymour); her siblings, Robin, Becky and Charles; and her sister-in-law Josie.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael Haack; her children, PJ, Stefanie (Jason), Jan Jr. (Kahla), Haley (Patrick) and Marisela (Butch); her grandchildren, Carleigh, Jagger, Kendall, Quinnlynn, Ronan, Bennett, Theo, Henry, Ruby and Wren; her great grandchild Octavia; her brothers, William and John (Vickie); her sister-in-law Jackie; her nephew Jacob Estrada; the father of her children Jan Sr.; and her pet Deuce.
Memorial contributions in her name may be made the local humane society.
