She is survived by: her children, Jane Zakrzewski, Amy Spitler and Jon Kuron, Sr. (Sarah Podgorski); her grandchildren, Matthew Zakrzewski, Jesse Spitler, Jeremy Spitler, Kayla Zakrzewski-Rauckis, Ryan Kuron, Emily Kuron, Isaiah Hill, Julian Podgorski and Jon Kuron, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Delilah Bishop, Samir Bishop, Elijah Zakrzewski, Zeke Rauckis and Addilyn Spitler.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
