She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Lee and Cleona R. Lee (Troxell); her husband James; and her daughter Lori Spangler. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Provo (Brian); her grandchildren, Chad Provo, Mandi Landis (Jerry), Craig Provo and Melissa South; her pets, Corky and Cricket; and her caregivers, Corey, Anna and Jennifer. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
