He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary Zukowiec Sr. (Wieczorek); his wives, Barbara Zukowiec (Gajewski) and Emma Zukowiec (Eggart McMullen); his sons, Jerome and Robert Zukowiec; his brother James Zukowiec; and his stepson Danny McMullen.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Irena Zukowiec; his nephew Eric Zukowiec; his nieces, Renee Petrey (Michael) and Tina Martens (Jason); and his stepchildren, Cheryl Matthews, Albert (Susan) and Michael McMullen (Debbie). He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
