He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kelley and Bernice Kelley; his siblings, James Kelley, Roy "Bud" Kelley Jr., Janet Lipscomb and Katheryn Reno; and his grandson Travis Noe.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Tammy Kelley (Dan Estep), Patrick Kelley (Sandy Anclien) and Lauren Creedon (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cameron Estep and Ella Creedon; his sister Connie Mason; his friends, Joe and Pam Poore; and his pet Clyde. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, in-laws.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio and the Toledo Humane Society.
