He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mason and Dorothy Mason (Marsh). He is survived by: his wife Sally Owens; his children, Joe (Mary), Timothy (Dawn), Michael and Karen (Mark); and his siblings, Robert Mason (Cathy) and Marsha Keller (George). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a gift to The Boy Scouts of America or St. Timothy's Episcopal Church.
