He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Jagielski; his parents, Leo Jagielski and Dorothy Jagielski; his siblings, Patricia Vinciczky and Leo Jagielski Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Grochowski, Alex Vinciczky and Noi Jagielski.
He is survived by: his pets, Fireball, Sox and Diamond; his children, Julie Gill, Joseph Jagielski Jr. (Jody) and John Jagielski (Traci); his grandchildren, Miranda Shepherd (Tyler), Joseph Jagielski III (April), Alise Bernard, Lacey, Conner Petit, Sageon Jagielski (Kelsey), Mackenzie Schnapp and Mason Jagielski; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Cayden, Madalyn, Noah Shepherd, Amelia and Ivy Jagielski; his siblings, John Jagielski, Dorothy Grochowski, Antoinette Amaya (Rick) and Anthony Jagielski; and his sister-in-law Sherry Jagielski.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A prayer was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Joe Parish (104 W Broadway St, Maumee, OH 43537).
Memorial donations may be made in Joseph's name to the Parkinson's Foundation.
