He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Worley and Joanna Worley (Eddy Storer); his children, Jayce Worley and Dallas Worley; his sister Joslyn Johnson (Cory); his niece Lilly; his nephew Gavin; his friend Jordan Pioch; and his grandparents, Kathy Oldham (Ron), Denny and Barb Ryan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
