It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Vollmar (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vollmar and Sally Vollmar; his nephew Ryan Nadolny; and his niece Kellyn Wingate. He is survived by: his wife Monica; his children, Jessica Vollmar (Thomas), Kayla Veler (Evan) and John Vollmar (Samantha); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jack, Jeffrey, Joslynn, Evelyn, Sylvie, Mac, Daulton, Oliver, Alex, Abel, Anna'Marie, Johnny and Kaylyn; his family John; his siblings, Sue Nadolny (John), Thomas Vollmar and Todd Vollmar; his nephew TJ Vollmar (Charity); and his pets, Minnie and Daisy.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3655 King Rd, Toledo, OH 43617). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the same location.

“Monica and family, just want you to know that I love John like a brother. I worked with him many years of Jeep and we got pretty close. Even though we didn’t see each other much beyond work we still shared our personal lives with each other. One thing is for sure, he loved you all deeply and wholeheartedly. He was truly a family man.
