He is survived by: his sons, Noah Mazur (Taylor) and Caleb Mazur; his siblings, Shawn Nickel (Mike), Doug Seadin (Julie), Dee Bloomer (Terry) and Nicole Mazur; his stepmother Patty Mazur-Creek; and his former wife Mary Mazur. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
