She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Baisden and Fannie Baisden (Mabes); her husband William "Bob" Newman; and her children, Debbie Lepper (Gary), Jeff and Bobby Newman.

She is survived by: her son Jim Newman; her daughters-in-law, Ann York and Merrilee Newman; her sister Nancy Keller; and her close friend Janice Konoff.

Jessie would help anyone in need, donating to any charity that needed support.
