He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth Blasingim and Donnie Blasingim. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Blasingim (Avery); his sons, Jerry D. Blasingim Jr., Shawn Jamison Blasingim (Kristie) and Michael Wayne Blasingim (Melanie); and his siblings, Judy Rasbury, Neva Kolinski, Norma Carter and Bob Blasingim. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, September 4 from 5-8 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe , 114 E. Alexis Rd. Memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
