He was predeceased by: his father William McCarter; and his brother Jason McCarter (Melissa McCarter). He is survived by: his mother Brenda R. McCarter (Towe); and his siblings, John D. McCarter (Tammy) and Megan Hundsrucker (Brandon). He is also survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
