He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jacob and Margaret Jacob (Tambur); and his grandparents, James, Ethel Jacob and Teresa Tambur.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mariesa and Macy Jacob; his grandson MJ; his brother Jim Jacob (Mona); and his nephews, Jimmy, Joel and Jason Jacob.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wildflower Estate (7415 US-6, Gibsonburg, OH 43431).
