She was predeceased by: her mother Judy Liszak (Chizmar). She is survived by: her father Don Liszak; her husband Terry Fox; her children, Joshua (Kerri) and Gabrielle (Kyle); her grandsons, Layne and Jace; and her siblings, Daniel, Donna and Marti (Greg). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Castillo Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1757 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
