He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Packard and Esther Packard (Jablonski); his wife Kerri C. Packard (Kujawa); his sister Mary; and his father-in-law Edward Kujawa.
He is survived by: his children, Kayla Kujawa, Samantha Packard and Keith Packard; his grandchildren, Jaiden, Taylor, Bryson, Corey Jr. and Jazmin; his mother-in-law Phyllis Kujawa; his siblings-in-law, Gary (Julie), Mike Kujawa (Colleen) and Vicki Oberst (Ken); and his pet Zeus. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
