It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. Spross Jr. (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on January 23, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Judith; and his daughter Diana. He is survived by: his daughter Tina (Gurney); his son-in-law Steve Gurney; and his grandchildren, Daniel Gurney (Andrea) and Stephanie Gurney. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, along with numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, his family asks that donations be made to the American Lung Association on his behalf.
