He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, Helmuth Von Deylen and Martha Von Deylen (Hogrefe); his siblings, Linda, Peggy Von Deylen, Pat Smithhisler and Ron Von Deylen; his stepchildren, Candie, Tammy Ackley, Teddy and Timmy Ackley; and his grandson Shane.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Chase (Roy), Mike Von Deylen (Laura) and Scott Von Deylen (Beth); his daughter-in-law Kimber Ackley; his siblings, Leona Huner (Lee), Jean Engel (Don) and Tom Von Deylen; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Fleck. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
