He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lewis and Sandra Lewis (Cahill); his grandparents, Iva, Arthur Lewis, Geraldine and James Cahill; his parents-in-law, Patsy and Dale Carter; his brother Fred James Lewis; his nephew Nicholas Budd; and his grandson Keelan Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lewis; his children, Tana Lindsey, William Wilkins (Melissa) and Aubrie Browning; and his sisters, Jane Aguilar and Vicki Graham (Clint).
