He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Conlan (Weier) and Edmund J. Conlan; his brother Thomas; and his brother-in-law David Hoffmann. He is survived by: his close friend Kristina Keel; his sisters, Sharon Hoffmann and Carol Agosti (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Carroll Conlan. He is also survived by 20 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, The Sight Center of NW Ohio and NAMI Northwest Ohio.
