He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buchholz and Velma Buchholz. He is survived by: his wife Doris; and his children, Jeff Buchholz (Roxanne), Kelly Haack (Doug) and Todd Buchholz (Marti). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers consider donations to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
