He is survived by: his wife Jody Calvin (Shaffer); his mother Elizabeth Kershner; his children, Rodney Calvin and Brandy Calvin-Rodgers; his stepchildren, Jose Garza, Jimmy Garza and Jody Uland (Larry Bell); his siblings, Lewis, Sr. Calvin (Jill), Linda Lips (Dave), Richard Calvin (Linda) and Karen Witt (Doug); and his grandchildren, Alexis Dickerson and Cloe Dickerson.
