She is survived by: her children, Terry Szmania (Pamela) of Chillicothe, IL and Tina Szmania-DeFluiter (John) of Dublin, Ohio.; her grandsons, Keith Szmania, Scott Szmania, Dale DeFluiter II (Chelsie) and Nickolas Szmania (Katelyn); and her great grandchildren, Nash DeFluiter, Izak Szmania and Oakley DeFluiter.
