She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Lopez and Charlotte Lopez (Esquibel); her siblings, Mary, Tomasa, Raymond, Simon and Chucky; and her daughter Lorraine.
She is survived by: her husband Al Smith; her children, Sara (Luke), Jason, Conchita Edgina (Beau), Edward (Stacey), Dawn (Eric) and Kellie (Larry); her niece Theresa (Tom); and her siblings, Henry, James, Rita, Lola and Gloria (Roy).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home (440 S Coy Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
