She is survived by: her children, Karen Stresen (Paul) and Patrick O'Brien (Julia); her sister Stephanie Maher; her nieces, Christine, Colleen and Sheila; her sister-in-law Phyllis O'Brien; her niece Marie; her nephews, Michael, Jim, Jerry and Tim; her grandsons, Aaron Stresen, Jack, Jamison and Kevin O'Brien; her friends, Terri McKown, Angie Lykins and Ruth Ormsby; and also Bryce O'Brien.

In lieu of flowers, Helen's family is requesting that memorial donations be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
