He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Rodriguez (Nicolas); his niece Rachel Albright (Brett); his nephews, Nicolas Hart (Jeffrey), Anthony Rodriguez (Hayley) and Vincent Rodriguez (Victoria); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, April, Gabe, Aaliyah, Poppy-Rae and Audrey.
