He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evangeline Miller (Kellys Island) and Willam P. Collins (Toledo); and his spouse Ginny Ormston. He was also cherished by his wife, two sons (Hugh and John), three grandchildren (Scott Collins, Julie Walker and Nicole Collins) and one great grandchild.
The family asks that a donation in his memory be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in lieu of flowers.
