He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick H. Rogge and Viola Rogge; his wife Brenda; his in-laws, Erich and Virginia Kurschat; his brother-in-law Jeff McVicker; his niece Erica Brown (McVicker); his nephew Jeffery McVicker; and his cousins, Kary Sauers and James Sauers.

He is survived by: his children, Fred Rogge (Barb) and Dana Sayre (Carl); his grandchildren, Chris Rogge, Haley Voigt (Koty), Jack Rogge and Madelin Sayre; his great grandchildren, Joan and Henry Voigt; his sister Frances Barney (Jim); his nephew Terry Barney (Jeannie); his sister-in-law Luana McVicker (Jerry Ladd); his nieces, Michelle McVicker, Mona Vogelbacher (Jim) and Melissa Lammers (Fred); and his cousins, Patty Corcoran, Lynette Long and Janet Mohamed.
