It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick E. Hoffman (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on March 4, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hoffman and Loleta Hoffman (Lake); his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Mary Bodi, Patricia Scoles, Paul, Ralph, Robert and Gene Hoffman.

He is survived by: his sons, Frederick Hoffman (Susan) and Jerry Hoffman (Lisa Joy); his granddaughters, Jackie Floering, Emily Cumming (Adam) and Ellen Hoffman; and his sister Bonnie Barber (George).

Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.Memorial donations may be given to The Humane Society.
