With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Hornsby (Toledo, Ohio), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on September 5, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Hornsby and Lois Hornsby (Thomas); and his siblings, William Hornsby, Della Tackett, Charlene Marcum and Sania Covert.

He is survived by: his nephew Sean Covert; his brother Palmer Hornsby; and also Bailey Yoast. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
