With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Anne Marshall (Toledo, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 18, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rimer and Jeanne Rimer (Cousino); her siblings, Connie Sutton (Bill) and Steve Rimer; and her brother-in-law Walter Graff.

She is survived by: her husband Terrence E. Marshall; her daughter Chantelle Marshall (Jeff Kauppi); her brother Rick Rimer (Julie); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Graff, Sandra Bish (Richard) and Cate Marshall.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Frani's honor.
