She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Robbins and Myrtle Robbins (Harris); her husband Frank Chapman; her siblings, Robert Robbins and Eunice (Robbins); her siblings-in-law, Floyd Schaffner, Ted, Willie Chapman (Pickle), Martha (Chapman), Ernie Semetko and Robert Bunge; and her son-in-law Frank Szumigala.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Szumigala and David Chapman (Dolly); her grandchildren, Alison Oprea (Alexa Fulmer), Greg Szumigala (Katie), Lauren Chapman (Robbie Gantt) and Mark Chapman; her great grandchild Hannah Oprea; her sister Carol Bunge; and her sister-in-law Joan Robbins.
