He is survived by: his grandchild Don Hofmann; his parents, Tom Koralewski and Julie Koralewski; his son Levi; his siblings, Seth and Emily; his grandmother Thumper Hart; and also, Thumper Hofmann and Sarah Hart. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday May 8, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio 43614. "In lieu of flowers, an account has been opened for the benefit of Ethan's son Levi at any Huntington Bank branch.
