She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred L. Cousino; her parents, Walter Forquer and Velma Forquer (Shutt); and her brother Duane Forquer. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Willke (Dick), Matthew Cousino (Shirley), Amy McKeen (Jim), Beverly Adkins (John) and Anne White (Mike). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reeb Funeral Home (5712 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Sylvania (5373 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Toledo Botanical Gardens or to a charity of donor's choice.
