She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emil Carstensen and Ramona Carstensen; her husband Carl J. Welch Jr.; her sisters, Pat Bercher and Margaret Anne "Aunt Mary" of Toledo; and her children, Carla Bradshaw of Cincinnati, Dee Stofko (Ed) of Dallas, Terry Wilson (Gerry) of Toledo, Carl E. Welch of Toledo, Joe Welch (Mary) of Sarasota, FL and Andra Murrell (Charlie) of Toledo. She was also cherished by six children, 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
