She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fixler and Doris Fixler (Kreider); her husband Dr. John B. Gibbs; and her sister Joanne Heykoop. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Gibbs and Steve Gibbs (Debbie); her grandchildren, Grant (Meredith), Emily, Ben (Hannah) and Megan; her niece Christine Brubaker (Jim); and her daughter-in-law Susan Gibbs.
