It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine R. Cody (Toledo, Ohio), who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Zdawczyk and Anna Zdawczyk (Kijowski); her husband Albert; and her brother Ronald Zdawczyk (Sue). She is survived by: her children, Christopher Cody and Erin Permar (Scott); her grandchildren, Xavier, Aloisa and Halina; her pet Adler; and her brother Arthur Zdawczyk (Elaine).
