He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane; his parents, Joseph Cook and Edna Cook; and his daughter Edna Ruth Cook. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Cook (Karen) and Paul Cook (Nancy); his grandchildren, Aaron Cook (Kyla), Kellen Cook, Michael Cook (Merrie), Bill Cook (Elizabeth), Katie Fredenburg (Ernie), Kristin Greene, Keri Greene and Robbie Greene; his great grandchildren, Aryss, Edyn, Megan, Matthew, Juan, Merilisa, Brayden, Sierra and Kelsie; and his great great grandchild Jaxson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
