Jones; his daughters, Ravas Wilson and Shalon Wilson; his goddaughter Patricia Robinson; his grandsons, Charles Austin, Ryan Johnson Jr. (RJ), Ra'Mon Johnson, Carter Austin, Cam and Ron Madden; his sisters, Vivian Crawford, Carolyn Ward Young (Chuck), Helen Hicks, Kim Walker and Dayna Copeland; and his close friends, James Robinson Robinson (Gayle), Leon Flanagan, Rod Spencer and Will Horton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
