He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Creque and Dick Creque of Ottawa Lake, Mi; and his sister Darlene Stansley of Sylvania, Ohio.. He is survived by: his pet Blue; and his siblings, Carol Abdo (Howard Baldwin), Mary Kim King (Gary), Michelle Donnelly (Chris), Thomas, Michael and Richard.
Contributions to Doug's memory may be made to Toledo Area Humane Society, where he found some of his best friends, Lucy and Lucky, Amos & Andy, and now Blue.
