He was predeceased by: his brother Charles. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Marcum (Ken), Timothy Velker (Diane) and John Velker (Sook); his aunt Ann Biel; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Shawn, Esther, Angela, Jeffrey and Matthew. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.

Memorial donations may be given to St. John the Baptist Church.
