She is survived by: her sister Helen Brewis (Bill); her children, Vicki Horn (Rick), Tom Lewis (Kim) and Debbie Lewis; her granddaughters, Stacy Valentine, Stephanie Slivinski and Madison Stout; her great grandchildren, Sierra Leonard and Hunter Valentine; and her great great grandchildren, Bentley Leonard, Carson Leonard and Jaylen Valentine.
