She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Giberson; and her sisters, Mary Jane Shope, Helen Williams Taylor, Lillian Petree and Gloria Golas.

She is survived by: her husband David Venzke; her children, Jeff Venzke (Karen), Jacki Guy (Kevin) and Trisha Moore (Tommy); and her grandchildren, Breanne, Brooke, Madison, Maxx, Zeplin and Nugent. She is also survived by five great-granddaughters.

Donna fought a long battle with dementia and the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be donated to Foundation Park Alzheimer's Care Center 1621 S Byrne Rd, Toledo, OH 43614 or the Dementia Society of America at https://www.dementiasociety.org.
